I had a bit of a mixed experience with Roots Run Deep LLC. While the customer service was good, I found the overall quality of the products to be lacking. The website was easy to use, but the prices were a bit on the higher side. I expected better value for my money. I might consider giving them another try in the future, but I'll be more careful next time.
