I had a mixed experience with New futuro. While some aspects of their services were satisfactory, there were definitely areas that needed improvement. The customer support was helpful and responsive, which was a positive aspect. However, the website interface was not very user-friendly, making it difficult to navigate through the different sections. Additionally, the information provided was not always up-to-date, which was frustrating. I appreciate the effort put into providing resources for customers, but there is definitely room for improvement.
