My experience with This is DMG was a bit underwhelming. Although their website herbstwerbung.de looked promising, it was not very user-friendly. I had trouble finding the information I needed and had to spend more time than anticipated. The customer service was average at best, with delayed responses. There is room for improvement in both the website's usability and customer support.
