Fools of the highest order. I bought a pre-loved car there - the paperwork at time of purchase was wrong and had to be redone despite hours of trying to get it sorted; and the roadworthy check they did was not worth the paper it was written on. First service of the car just seven weeks after purchase showed that despite Audi mechanics confirming the car was A1, it actually needed new brake discs and pads AND its two front tyres replaced. We will be pursuing this through all appropriate channels - but in the mean time don't trust them and take your money elsewhere for a far better level of service.
