I have been a CUSTOMER of UserFriendly.Org for a while now, and I must say their service is just average. The website is pretty straightforward to use, but the overall experience is lacking something. It would be great if they could improve their response time to customer queries. There have been times when I had to wait for days before getting a reply. Overall, not a bad company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
