Terrible check-in process. We tried to check in on...

Terrible check-in process. We tried to check in online. The wristbands did not work. Once we got into the room, we found out that our double bed was a single bed and a pull-out couch. The manager did not change this despite the fact that we reserve a double bed. It was pretty much tough luck and try to make the best of it. Terribly disappointed. We had spent the last two years at Universal and had kind of Miss Disney, but now we remember why we had taken the Hiatus from Disney. Poor or close to terrible customer service despite the high price tag.
