I've had a mixed experience with Rankin and Bond. While their website is user-friendly and their customer service is responsive and helpful, I've had some issues with the quality of their products. Some items I've purchased were excellent, but others arrived damaged or not as described. Overall, I think Rankin and Bond is a decent company, but they could improve their quality control.
