I had an average experience with Fletcher building iplex pipelines. The product I received was as described and arrived on time. However, the packaging could have been better. It was slightly damaged, but luckily the product was not affected. The customer service was prompt in addressing my concerns, but I expected better packaging from a company of their reputation.
