Passed Plates is a restaurant that I recently discovered and it is absolutely wonderful. The food is exceptional and the service is top-notch. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are friendly and attentive. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. I highly recommend trying their Chef's Special - it's truly divine. This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem and I can't wait to visit again!
