As a 30yr Medic living in unprecedented times, your ED is top notch! Timely, organized, and protective patient care is second to none. I was particularly impressed with the empathy displayed not only to me but, to every patient in the department. A down to earth approach and the balanced care I received at the ED at one of the worst times I could call on you, was beyond reproach. Exceptional! Keep doing what you are doing Ladies and Gents!!
