I recently participated in a tournament organized by the Fédération québécoise d'ultimate and it was a wonderful experience. The event was well-organized and the facilities were excellent. The FQU's dedication towards the sport is evident in every aspect. Their website is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information. Overall, I had a great time and would highly recommend FQU to anyone interested in ultimate frisbee.
