As a homeowner in Forest Heights, I've had mixed feelings about the HOA. On one hand, the community is beautiful, and the location is convenient. On the other hand, dealing with the HOA can be frustrating at times. They can be slow to respond to issues and their communication could be better. However, overall, I would say my experience has been positive. The HOA does a good job of maintaining the common areas and enforcing the rules. I would recommend Forest Heights to others looking for a well-maintained community.
