Hertzberg, Yong & Co is an average company. The services provided by them are satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I have been a customer for a few years now and while I have never had any major issues, there have been instances where the communication could have been better. Overall, they get the job done, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
