Ncell is a decent company overall. The service they provide is satisfactory and the network coverage is great in most areas. The call quality is good and the internet speed is decent as well. However, there have been instances where the network was slow and the customer service was not up to the mark. Overall, I would rate Ncell as an average telecom company.
