I had a somewhat disappointing experience with Schools excess liability fund. The process of obtaining a policy was lengthy and involved a lot of back and forth. However, the customer service representative I dealt with was helpful and tried their best to resolve my concerns. In the end, I'm satisfied with the coverage, but the overall experience could have been better.
