Ball, Ball, Matthews & Novak, P.A. is an average company. They provided satisfactory services, but nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional, but the overall experience was nothing to write home about. I would consider using their services again if needed, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them.
