I recently started going to a physical therapy clinic called Aspire. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. They have a wide range of equipment and the therapists are knowledgeable. However, I found their facility to be a bit small and crowded, which can make it difficult to fully focus during sessions. Additionally, I would have liked more personalized attention and a more thorough explanation of my treatment plan. Overall, Aspire is an okay option for physical therapy, but there may be better options out there.
