BEWARE !!

BEWARE !!
If your booked flight gets cancelled for any reason, your money can get stuck with agent for a long time. My in-laws flight got cancelled on 11/Sep/2020 and we are still waiting on the refund. We were told on 11/Sep/2020 that refund will take 7-21 business days. It has been 1 month 5 days already and still we haven't received the refund. We chased agent many times but every time we are getting an excuse. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'll share this review on other social media platform for the benefit of other people.
