There was a miscommunication, and the lady at the window could have handled it differently. She didn't even listen to me. It seemed like having the last word was more important to her than listening to the paying customer. I appreciate that she is busy, and honestly to whatever management reads this review; put more people on the clock. It's your fault the lady is overworked. Your reviews suck. Do better. Rectify problems instead of ignoring them.
