Absolutely appalling company...you can never get them on the phone, they respond to email enquiries in an unprofessional manner. I requested a refund multiple times now for my elderly parents for the travel insurance they purchased prior to the pandemic which was then cancelled due to the pandemic as their trip was supposed to be in July 2020. The airline refunded them in full and this mob is still arguing a refund for travel insurance with pensioners who are both now at high risk and most likely will not be able to travel again especially not anytime soon and with restrictions still in place. Their staff are unprofessional and inconsiderate, when I asked for a management level employee to handle my enquiry this was also disregarded. I am appalled that companies like this mob are allowed to withhold money from elderly people who were affected by the pandemic. I work with airlines throughout the country and believe me I will never be recommending this company to any of my clients. Absolutely disgusting.
