I recently hired a construction company to handle a renovation project for my home, and my experience was fairly average. Although the website provided a good overview of their services, I found the communication with the team to be somewhat lacking. The project took longer than initially estimated, and there were some issues with getting updates on the progress. The quality of the work was decent, but there were a few details that needed addressing. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and professional, and they did make an effort to address my concerns in the end. Overall, the experience was not exceptional, but it wasn't terrible either. I would recommend this company with some reservations, as there is certainly room for improvement in terms of communication and timeliness.
