I've been a customer of Attn: for over a year now, and I must say their service is really average. Sometimes it works well, but there are definitely several areas that need improvement. The website is slow and clunky, and it often takes me a long time to find what I'm looking for. The customer support is hit or miss, with some agents being helpful and others not so much. Overall, I would rate Attn: as just average.
