Mrs. Monica, if she can be called a lady at all, is a terribly arrogant, unprofessional, non-cultural person. It is inconceivable that such a person can work in a position where direct contact with people is essential. But unfortunately, it's not just her. From each of their calls, frustration is felt, though there is no need for it. I have all the evidence that my debt has been settled, but the people concerned simply ignore it, threaten it, defraud debt that does not exist, and all this unprofessional and non-cultural. It goes so far as to get on the phone and just pick up the phone. It's a shame for any company that works with them.
