Out of my 6 years here, the last year was an absolute nightmare. I was surprised by the biased, sexist, racist attitude of the HR department. They reminded me why I shouldn't trust white people too much. The hate is always there, simmering, looking for an excuse to exercise itself in a petty display of neurotic, absurd behavior. I emphasize the HR/Title IX people. While most of the administrators are low quality at this school, the faculty can be great.
