Comfortable and quiet are observations just walking through the door. Greeted in a friendly welcoming manner as it was my first time practicing mediation in it's original form. Shoes off and jumped into the seating area you see in the photo. 12:15pm was the class I attended as it fits best with my schedule. Instructor was calming as she guided two of us through mediation. As they say practice makes perfect so I will attend again. But overall a very welcoming and positive experience. Worth the drive if you don't live/work in Sherwood Pk.
