I had a very average experience with Bts - bautechnik solutions gmbh. Their website bautechnik-solutions.de was easy to navigate and find information, but their customer service was subpar. I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did get a response, it wasn't very helpful. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company.
