The place is wonderful and it's like being inside a story going on. I went there from the Capitol, going through an underground tunnel that is worth the ride. The cool thing about going through the tunnel is that you skip the need to get a new queue and you don't have to go through the process of scanning, x-ray and so on all over again. It saves time and hassle. Visit the Capitol first and make your way to the library through the tunnel!
