Full service gym from independent workouts, group training and individual training! Women s only area, gymnasium, coffee and juice bar with available food is a nice option and the seating area with the fireplace is cozy! Tanning, sauna, steam shower, hot tubs indoor and out, shower area are all wonderful perks! The indoor and outdoor pool, splash pad and fire pit with quality outdoor seating is a huge reason I love the gym for more than just workouts! I love the loungers in the water too! Sandy Neiwirth is the best if you need navigation help!! Aaron, PT, has helped me get into amazing shape!
