I recently attended an event organized by a professional event planning company. The overall experience was satisfactory, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The event venue was decent and the decorations were average. The program flow was somewhat disorganized, with delays and gaps in activities. The staff was friendly, but not very proactive in addressing the needs of the guests. The food and drinks provided were mediocre. While it wasn't a terrible experience, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of overall event management and execution.
