I don't understand the point of an HOA if nothing ...

I don't understand the point of an HOA if nothing is ever done in favor of the community. Not to mention that the 'CEO' of Menas straight up told me that I could move out if I wasn't content with the HOA or the community. Treating me as if I wasn't a homeowner and part of the HOA. Will never use them again, and unfortunately can't recommend. They will send pictures of HOA Violations but will take months to fix something or clean our front doors. Trash.
