I had an overall average experience with Koehler industria e comercio de sorvetes. The taste of their sorvetes was not extraordinary but decent. The customer service was friendly and helpful. However, the prices were a bit higher compared to other similar companies. I would recommend Koehler if you are looking for an average ice cream experience.
