Great location and safe neighborhood. We looked at more than 100 homes in every area of Colorado Springs. Gold Hill Mesa won, hands down.

Don t believe negative hysteria about houses sinking. Everything was something before it was a housing development, a shopping center, an airport, etc. Heck, The Broadmoor was a dairy farm.
