Tried to schedule an appointment and never happene...

Tried to schedule an appointment and never happened.
Called twice 2 weeks ago, press 2 for service, left a voicemail and nobody return my calls. I texted Scott Kealy directly because he helped me last time. Never answers. Texted Fadi directly because he sold me the car. never answers.
So I called Audi Carlsbad, the phone ring once and a Real Person actually answered the phone, booked a next day appointment. And it definitely worth the drive. Friendly and helpful staff. I really recommend Audi Carlsbad
