Very cute labels but they do not stick on for very...

Very cute labels but they do not stick on for very long at all. In fact, most of them came off clothing after only 1 wash. Some stayed on for 2 washes but that s it. They stick well on non-fabric items though, so far. Very disappointed and not ordering again. Too pricey for the bad quality they re made of. They just look nice .
UPDATE: Very impressive customer service! The company contacted me immediately after this review and taught me that the stick on labels should only go on clothing labels and will not stick to the clothing fabric itself for very long. So, I tried that. Unfortunately, they only stuck to some for a longer period of time but some still kept coming off in the wash. I'm not sure if it's because some labels are made of different fabric and whether that has an effect. However, I do suggest that the company does more research into this because as consumers, we shouldn't have to figure out which clothing labels will work well with their stickers and which won't. I will say that the company sent me some iron-on labels to try and I truly appreciate it. ...Again, their customer service is amazing! BRAVO! Only issue is, I don't have time to iron things on and haven't had a chance to use them yet. Bottom line: if you're looking for a more durable label, and have time to iron on labels once and be done with it, just invest in the iron-ons. If you don't have the time or patience and are looking for a quick stick on solution, use the stick ons, but be warned they come off after a few washes (another mom confirmed this at the school too when I was discussing it with the teacher after loosing a shirt due to no tag...). I personally will likely buy the iron on ones from now on since they're a one time and permanent.
