I had a mixed experience with On Target Consultants Inc. While their expertise and knowledge were commendable, the customer service lacked promptness. It took a bit longer than expected to get responses to my queries. However, the overall quality of their work was good, which is why I rate them as average. I hope they improve their communication aspect in the future.
