My name is Debbie and Months back I was searching for insurance everywhere doing my homework because I was a recent smoker . Then I met MIKE at ETHOS. He responded every time I had a question however I didn't get what I wanted at the time because I was a former smoker but he did reassure me we can revisit when I made one year of not smoking . The process was super easy and he got me covered .So I went back and was told to reapply when I contacted the company . Someone else was assigned to me I got exactly what I wanted and then I got a text from Mike congratulating me on my one year of not smoking and my new policy that I received from ethos. I don't think he needed to do that but he did and kudos to you Mike for not only being a part of the ethos family but taking it to a personal level and thanking me when you didn't have to.. take care and thank you Mike
