Will not work with you, even when military personnel are last minute orders and have to move to the west coast. It was a hard time for us thankfully we had a bit saved up to be able to make the payment when we had to move. And after attempting to make 3 payments for the month before, I was still charged late fee. Then found out I being charged extra for not being able to locate the account, so I was charged an about extra $100. I was not notified about this until I made a certified payment. Hoping to sell the house soon so I don't have to deal with them anymore. They also have a very long wait time when I tried to talk to the escrow.
