over 3 weeks and are unable to collect the item an...

over 3 weeks and are unable to collect the item and process refund. Couriers from SHIPA contact, get location, get pin by whatsapp and just don't show up! Painful and time wasting experience. Will not buy again from azadea until they change their service levels and courier company partner.
