as a former student of this school , i never did well , barely had any good years grade wise , i think that the school does need improvements i felt neglected there , i always was a failing student i was never helped , only few teachers took the time to know me , but they were happy of that because they did it out of their motivation to teach and inspire. But some teachers I don't even know if they have a teaching degree it seems as like they're getting whoever they can to sit down and teach a class , which is mostly successful for kids who have a better way of understanding things but when it came to someone like me who had ADHD i would zone out and than zone into being yelled at and humiliated because this was something i couldn't control ,but zoning out occurs mainly when lack of excitement is in the room , teaching rooms shouldn't be bland dungeons and that's exactly what it felt like to be in , now the schools super clean , super nice looking don't get me wrong , super nice staff too but the main focus on it is that me and several students were neglected it felt like , now I'm in a different school about to get advanced classes. Its just HAAS would be an amazing school if teachers took the time to know a student and almost have a bond with them it makes school less stressful and makes motivation to learn but that doesn't go to all teachers some really do care , but for the ones who don't just doesn't make learning learning its almost as if they expect you to understand by watching when in reality it takes more than that. I also have to mention that the leader in me program really hasn't done anything at all its pointless to dedicate a whole class to it , but than get your grade off of online work like imagine math and reading plus. Personally if my child wasn't an already succeeding student i wouldn't send them here , but if my child was a passing student than for sure
