I purchased an Audi TTRS from this dealership, car...

I purchased an Audi TTRS from this dealership, car was sold to me with very worn , dry rotted, and cracked rear tires. On initial inspection made the dealership aware and I was told by the service manager they were ok and "passed" safety inspection, in what ways do these tires pass? brought to my mechanic and was told I need to have them changed out before winter, This was an expensive car and it reflects poorly on the dealership and the owners that they allow this to be sold to me on a car that is 2 years old, now I have to spend $1,300 to get a whole new set for winter. Would not buy from here again.
