I have been a customer of Informática miguel llaó for several years now and I must say that their service is average. They are prompt in responding to my queries and resolving any issues I have with their products. However, there have been instances where their technicians were unable to fix the problem on the first visit and I had to wait for them to come back with the necessary tools. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
