I had a great experience dealing with this pump company. The website was informative and the product selection was impressive. The customer service was excellent, and the representatives were knowledgeable and friendly. The only suggestion I have is to improve the checkout process, which was a bit confusing. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Thomas Pump Company for their quality products and impeccable customer service.
