What an amazing place! The Celtic Fringe exceeded my expectations in every way. The stylists are truly talented and their attention to detail is outstanding. I received a haircut and color and both turned out absolutely amazing. The salon has a trendy and modern vibe, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely be returning!
