I have had a mixed experience with Zippy is silly. While their products are of good quality, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had an issue with a product I purchased and it took them several weeks to respond to my inquiry. They did eventually resolve the issue, but the whole process was quite frustrating. I would rate them as average.
