Was a customer for 2 years and did many mailers with them. We had some hiccups along the way, as you do you with most mail houses - but this time it was not ok. Just as I would get used to one sales rep, there would be a staff change, and this last one did me in.

An error was made with the list that was pulled, and it took over 4 e-mails to the staff to even get a reply. When I reached out to John, I was informed my sales rep was no longer with force marketing.

He said he was interested in keeping us as a customer and then offered a "discounted mailer" that cost more than the last one I just purchased.

I've given them a chance to earn my business back.... so we'll see what happens.
