WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I spent $4000 getting...

WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I spent $4000 getting a transfer case, water pump, oil change, these people almost blew up the motor in our jeep!!!! when we drove it off the lot it was worse off than when it got there!! Every single stop we made or if we slowed down the jeep would completely stall out. It even stalled out mid turn and a car almost hit us!! It also was given back with the speedometer and odometer not working at all. When they worked fine before. Also had a really bad grinding noise underneath jeep. They also put a throw out bearing in it which they said they wouldn't charge for labor because we already paid enough labor with everything else.. so for a throw out bearing ONLY THE PART cost $165.00!!!? Auto zone only charges $35.00 for this part, and the place where Russel's says they buy their parts from is Napa in Kingman AZ, so I also called Napa.. the part is only $97.00 tax and all.. so why we're we charged $165.00 for a part that cost half the price?!! Napa said $165 for a throw out bearing was unheard of!!! So we got ripped off big time.. And also got a oil change with these people which I was not going to even do.. they talked me into it.. and they can't even do a simple oil change!! They put 7 quarts of oil into a 2000 jeep wrangler 4.0 6 cylinder and way over filled it and cracked the filter! When I called and asked about all this they said that 7 quarts of oil was what was supposed to go into our car?!! That is almost laughable. The oil stick said it was waaay past full. We took it back, they said everything in the transfer case was hooked up right. So we left with the car continuing doing what it was doing.. after about the 3rd visit and 20th phone call to these people they finally had the owner look at it. The owner took it in the back for a bit, then come out and gave us the car back and everything worked perfect. No more stalling, the speedometer and odometer both worked. He told us that they hooked up the outer input part wrong on the transfer case.. so if not for Russel looking at our car and fixing their mistake we would still have blew $4000 on a jeep that was messed up. If you take your car to this shop DO NOT let anyone but Russel do the work. I promise you you will regret it if not. They almost blew up our motor with their mistakes. If Russel didn't find their mistake our jeep would have blew up and I would still be out $4000. These people WAY overcharge!!! And cannot do something as simple as an oil change correctly.. so they definitely didn't know how to hook up a transfer case.
