The manager Amy Dang was so helpful when our electricity went out. She was relentless getting an electrician out in the middle of the night, and she completely over-saw making sure it got fixed, rather than pass it off to someone else. She went about 10 extra miles for us, let alone one, and it's not the first time she has stayed late to help us out. It's changed my opinion of estate agents that's for sure.
