I live out of state and have an interstate claim. It is absolutely impossible for me to get any information. I can't go to an American Job Center. The locations here don't help with unemployment. I've called multiple locations and asked. My continued claim has been held and I have no idea why. I can't get any information. My unemployment has not run out. I've reported any part time income I've earned. There's no reason why my payment should be held. But it's virtually impossible for me to get any information. If I can get through to a ringing line no one answers and then after 5 min it disconnects. Most of the time the machine just hangs up on me. How does someone out of state get help? This is ridiculous.
