Overall, my experience with Encompass Communications was average. The customer service was decent, but I expected more professionalism from them. The communication was sometimes unclear, and there were a few instances where my messages were not responded to promptly. However, they did deliver the services as promised, so I can't complain too much. I would say they are an okay company to work with.
