The service provided by Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS) is really average. I have been a customer for a while now, and while it gets the job done, there is nothing exceptional about their services. The website is user-friendly, and I appreciate that they have options for online appointments. However, the waiting time at the clinics is quite long, and the customer service could be more efficient. Overall, an average experience.
